My coaching is specifically designed for women leaders in male-dominated environments and ESL (English as a second language) leaders:

6 x 1h30 1:1 coaching sessions to support you to transform into the leader and communicate you would like to be.
This tailored program provides a focused, personalised approach to help you break through confidence barriers and amplify your impact. In regular sessions, we’ll work closely to set specific goals, identify strengths, and create actionable strategies that fit your unique needs. With direct support, you’ll gain the skills to communicate confidently, advance in your career, and build meaningful impact that aligns with your ambitions.

Group Coaching
Lead with confidence, connect with purpose: a bridge for leadership transitions/
This 3-month program offers two live sessions per month, creating a steady rhythm for building skills and confidence. In each session, we’ll explore key topics like speaking up, building influence, navigating culture dynamics and bias, and enhancing communication skills. This small group setting allows for shared insights, collaborative learning, and accountability, all in a supportive environment with others facing similar challenges.
What’s included:
6 x 2-hour live group coaching sessions
A maximum of 6 people per group
One masterclass per month
Workbook, exercises and group chat support
Investment:
£600 £300 (only while in beta phase)
